How do I create an account?
Open the student portal and choose Sign up. Account creation and sign-in remain on the institute’s existing learning platform.
How do I recover a forgotten password?
Use Forgot password on the portal’s login screen. The reference help centre states that reset links are valid for 60 minutes.
How do I find and buy a course?
Use the course catalogue in the portal, open the course page and review its curriculum and price. The existing platform handles enrolment, coupons and Razorpay checkout.
Are free courses available?
Where the portal lists a course as Free, sign in and use its free-enrolment option. Availability depends on the catalogue.
How do lessons and progress work?
The existing learning dashboard provides lesson access, completion tracking and a Resume option. Some lessons may unlock gradually after enrolment.
Where are PDF notes and live classes?
Open your enrolled course. Available lesson notes, course notes and scheduled Zoom links are shown in its learning area.
How do practice tests and certificates work?
The source help centre describes repeatable practice tests and a final examination. A passed final examination can issue the course certificate, subject to the course’s requirements.
Can certificates be verified?
The institute provides a public certificate verification page in its existing learning portal. Use the certificate number supplied with your award.
How can I leave a course review?
Use the review section of a course you are enrolled in. The source platform allows reviews to be updated.
Why does a lesson video show my email?
The source platform explains that enrolled-student email watermarks are used for content protection.
