Pranayam and meditation practice

At NAYI, we believe yoga is far more than physical postures — it is a holistic science designed to cultivate total well-being across body, energy, mind and spirit.

For over 30 years, since August 1994, the New Age Yoga Institute has offered a unique blend of traditional yoga knowledge based on ancient texts, delivered through modern methods for the new generation. The goal has never been merely flexibility or fitness; it is to help each practitioner weave diet, exercise, recreation and meditation into daily life.

A holistic, everyday practice

You need not wait for illness to begin. A gentle, consistent practice — a few rounds of pranayama in the morning, mindful movement through the day, a settled meditation at night — steadily builds physical, energetic, mental and spiritual well-being.

  • Morning: Shuddhi kriya and a few rounds of pranayama to set the tone.
  • Daytime: mindful movement and conscious breathing between tasks.
  • Evening: a settled meditation to release the day.
“A seamless united world, Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam — personally leading a yoga lifestyle, and working towards raising collective consciousness and peace in the world.”

Where to begin

Whether you start with Classical Yoga, the Infinite Mind pranayama classes, or a specialized therapy class for a specific condition, the path is the same — authentic knowledge, offered with care, adapted to your life. Choose offline, online or hybrid, and simply begin.
